On Dec. 10, 2009, a consortium of middle Tennessee human rights organizations presented the 2009 Human Rights Advocate award to Fred Cloud, the president of the Tennessee Fair Housing Council Board of Directors. Human rights pioneer Inez Crutchfield also was honored with an award.
Dr. Cloud has been the Council's board president since 1999 and has been a tireless advocate and supporter of the Council's work. We are proud of his receipt of this award.
